Buy aged white tea

White teas can be consumed both fresh and aged. In comparison to the fresh sun dry aromatic of the fresh white teas, aged white teas are:

  1. with a deep color in both dry leaves and tea brew
  2. The flavor changing from being refreshing and lightly sweet to mellow, mature, rich with a hint of medicine, wood or date.

Apart from the above differences, aged white tea has also been associated with many medicinal properties. The locals have a traditional wisdom describing white teas as: a tea for the first year; a treasure after three years and a medicine after 5 years.
